Host Family

Most of our students live in carefully chosen host families in San José . They live only a 5 - 15-minutes walk away from the Spanish school, so your commute to school will be very easy. The families provide single rooms that are comfortably furnished and you can book half- or full-board and a convenient laundry service. Your stay in a Spanish-speaking family will give you lots of opportunities to practice and improve your Spanish and you will also get a chance to find out more about the interesting culture of Costa Rica .

Of course, you may also be placed in a host family with a partner or with a friend. Our host families are willing to prepare for your needs as best as possible. Please feel free to state any individual requests and requirements (e.g. special diets, allergies) on your application form.

Shared apartment

Another popular choice among our students is the accommodation in a shared apartment. The spacious apartments provide room for up to six students in two to three bedrooms. You will share the bathroom, the living-room and the eat-in kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, with the other residents. Our cleaning staff takes care of the apartments once a week, so you don't have to worry about spending your weekends cleaning. They also change the bedding, but we kindly ask that you bring your own towels to San José . Some of the apartments are surrounded with a nice exotic garden. The apartments are only a 20-25 minute walk away from the language school, where your Spanish course is held.

Apartment

Our spacious apartments are the best solution for those who like to stay in a very comfortable accommodation and those who like to be independent during their trip. They are situated only a 20 to 25-minute walk away from school and also the center of San José is only a few minutes away. Each apartment offers a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and at least one bedroom. Our cleaning staff takes care of the apartments once a weekend they also change the bedding, but we kindly ask that you bring your own towels to San José .

Transfer

If desired, you may book a transfer service that will pick you up from the airport upon arrival and will bring you to your accommodation. We also organize airport transfers on departure.
